From time to time your OvationtTix session can become corrupted. In order to fix the problem you need log out of OvationTix and end the session completely (not just change users). To do this, type or copy and paste the following link into your address bar:
This will end your session. You should then go back to the OvationTix login page at https://admin.ovationtix.com/trs and proceed as usual.
