If you're using the Yoast Plugin to track your analytics, there may be some additional changes needed to get the cross domain tracking working. More information is here:

This info is a bit out of date, as it refers to the old Analytics (ga.js), rather than the new Universal Analytics (analytics.js), but I think the basic steps will still be the same:
- Check the Allow Cross Domain Tracking box
- Enter the primary and secondary domains
- Make sure the 'allowlinker' option is turned on.
