Barcoded ETickets are a print at home option for ticket delivery. A Barcoded ETicket allows the patron to print their tickets at home and bypass Will Call when they arrive at the theater. The patron will receive their Barcoded ETicket in their confirmation email. OvationTix includes scannable barcodes on our tickets so it is possible to scan them at the venue if they choose.

Now that you know how to create a Barcoded ETicket, let's talk a little bit about the Barcoded ETicket itself.
The Barcoded ETicket has two parts:
The top is the actual ticket – it includes the barcodes: a 1-D version and a 2-D version. There are also all the event details – name, date, location, time, important information. All this data is taken from the set up of the event in OvationTix. This content is generated by OvationTix and there can be no customization here.
The bottom part the the ticket is white space that is available for a variety of messaging:
- Sponsor representation
- Maps to the venue
IMPORTANT – the bottom portion of the eticket is the same for all events, the artwork, etc is account wide. Different events cannot have different messaging.
