Instead of choosing either the Basic or Expanded set of columns to include in your patron report, specify exactly which fields you want to use.
When you load your Patron Report screen, you'll see four boxes:
- The Start box shows your total number of patrons for whom names have been entered.
- Add Filters lets you specify the purchase or donation behaviors of the patrons you'd like included, while Add Exclusions lets you keep patrons with other purchase or donation history from your results.
- Choose Columns gives you the options for which fields to include: select from the Basic or Expanded set of columns, or select your own custom set.
Select "Edit Custom" to see all the fields that can be included in your results
The fields included in the system's Basic View are grouped together and selected by default. But you can put together your own preferred set of fields for the output results.
