Normal data replication speeds between main and redundant server clusters resumed last night after an earlier period of delay, lasting from approximately 5:00pm to approximately 10:30pm (Eastern Time) on Wednesday evening, August 12. The tech team verified at that time that all servers were again fully synced.
You can be assured that during that time there was absolutely no disruption to the integrity or recording of any transaction data processed through OvationTix, nor was there any interruption of service processing online, phone, or box office sales. Patron records, series/package/product builds, and fundraising campaigns created during this period also remain intact and unaffected.
Please take a moment to review any reports that were run and then saved and/or recorded within the above time frame-- including event date reports for events/shows starting inside that range.
