After creating a communication and uploading a segment of patrons to that communication, you'll be able to use the Communications Filter in Patron Report to further refine your marketing lists.
- First, hover over Reports, then click on Patron Report.
- Under "Add Filters", click "+add a filter".
- On the left hand side of the screen, near the bottom, click "Communication History". From there, you will see the following screen:
From here, you can set the parameters of what you would like to search for within the Communications you have created. Click "apply" when you are satisfied with those parameters, then click "Done".
Once your filter has been applied, click the big green "GO" button. You will then see your list of patrons who were sent the Communication in question.
