If you have configured your "Plus One Email", patrons will have the option to enter additional patron information for each ticket they purchase for a General Admission series.
The following demonstrates what the patron experiences while checking out online, if you have this feature enabled.
- The patron will put seats into their cart, then fill out their personal and address information as normal
- When the patron reaches the "Review and Confirm" screen, they will see the following:
- When patron's see these fields, they have the opportunity to fill in patron info for however many tickets they have in their cart.
- The guest names will be added to the expanded view of your Who's Coming List, and a full guest list including name, email, and patron ID is available in the exportable view.
