Pre Show Emails employ a WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor to help you style your email templates:
If you've ever used modern web mail or word processing software, most of the tools on the editor will look familiar, but there may be some new tools you haven't used before.

• B - Bold - (CTRL+B)

Select text and background colors

|Insert a table with specified rows and columns
(Tables can contain various elements,
including text, images, and links)
Insert a clickable hyperlink. Insert the link's display text into "Text to display" field. Insert the link itself into "To what URL should this link go?" field.
Click "Open in new window" to ensure that clicking the link opens a new window or tab in the user's browser, rather than redirecting the page the user is on.
Click "Insert Link" when finished.
Insert an image. Either upload an image from your computer by clicking "Browse" or source a link hosted on the web with an image URL.
Click "Insert Image" when finished.
(Note: additional formatting, such as right/center/left paragraph tools, can be applied to images.)

Edit as HTML
If you prefer HTML to WYSIWYG formatting, use the "Edit as HTML" tool
To switch back to WYSIWYG when it HTML editing mode, click "Edit as Rich Text"
Add Custom Field
Use custom fields to insert variables and customize emails to patrons. Scripts allow you to personalize emails to various patrons from a single template.
Send Preview Email
To preview how a Pre Show Email will look when delivered to your patrons, enter your own email address into the "Send Preview To:" field, then click "Send Preview". The system will send you an example of the email your patrons will receive.
