If you've started scanning barcodes, or using Check-in Mode to keep track of attendance, you might be looking for a way to access and keep track of that information.
If that is the case, then what you're looking for is the Attendance Report. Using the Attendance Report, you can find current and historical information for all of the patrons that you've scanned and/or checked in.
Just a quick note, in OvationTix, whether you scan a patron or use Check-in Mode, OvationTix treats it in the same exact way. In other words, whether you're scanning or checking patrons in, they're all being marked off in the same exact way, and you go to the same exact place to keep track of these numbers.
To access the Attendance Report, hover over Reports, and click Attendance:
Once you've accessed the Attendance Report, you'll see a screen like this:
Let's break down all of these options.
On the upper left hand corner, you'll see a list of your shows. Just check the box of any show you'd like to see the attendance reports for:
To the right of the production selection list, you'll see an option to select the dates that you'd like to pull up:
By default, the initial date you're looking at is the current date (in this case, 12/12/2018).
If you'd rather look at a specific performance date, put a check in the box next to Performances, and select the dates you'd like to investigate.
If you want to also see unscanned tickets (ie, tickets that were not checked in) put a check in the box next to where it says Include Unscanned.
Once you're done selecting dates, click the green Run Report button:
This will generate a list of patrons that meet the criteria of the dates you entered:
If you need to export this list of patrons, click CSV or Excel near the bottom of the screen:
