If you rent your facilities to third parties, you probably have additional facility fees added on to the ticket prices as part of your agreement. You may want to provide your renters/promoters with financial statements that leave these fees out to provide a cleaner and more easily understood statement. Well, now you can.
You can now adjust user permissions so that specific users are prevented from seeing facility fees in My Reports. These users can still create, adjust, run and even schedule the report to be emailed, but the facility fees are always removed from the totals.
To make this change, go to Admin Tools - Users and edit the user. Under Administrative, you'll see a new permission: 'Exclude Facility Fee (My Reports)'.
Select this check box and save your changes. Now every time this user generates a report in My Reports, the report will exclude all of the facility fees.
