    We're sorry to hear that you were unable to locate your confirmation email. That can happen for any number of reasons, from a typo in the email address to an aggressive spam filter in an email program.

    However, this help center is intended for the admin users of OvationTix who use our software in their organization.

    My recommendation for you would be to get back in touch with our ticketing customer service by calling 212.352.3101 or 866.811.4111. Our phone agents would be able to locate your order, verify your email address, and re-send the order confirmation email.
