We are now selling season subscriptions, set up so that the pricing stays with the tickets. Many of our patrons filled out a form and we are completing the orders manually. When they get a confirmation email, it contains separate and repeating language for each of the shows included in the package (most are all 6 shows), has no distinct language for the package terms, and has zeroes next to the package type-- this leads patrons to believe they bought separate tickets and omits date exchange terms and other benefits we want to remind them of. Is there a workaround for this?
